The quiet base for
your wedding weekend.
Somewhere calm to get ready, and somewhere quiet to land when the night winds down — for the couple and the few closest to you.
The weekend, front door to back deck.

Arrive the night before.
Up the gravel drive and onto the porch — rockers by the door, the venue a few minutes down FM 306. Check-in is self-serve, so the weekend starts whenever you pull in, not when a front desk opens.

Unhurried hours before the day.
A King room with its own bath, a double vanity with real mirrors and morning light, and quiet corners to steam a dress or hang the suits. Three bedrooms in all — the couple and the closest few, and no more.

Land soft when it lets out.
Back from the venue, the deck takes the last hours — the hot tub under the string lights, the fire pit if the night runs cool, coffee out here before everyone scatters in the morning.
The venues, minutes down the road.
A few of the wedding venues near the house — on the map, with their sites linked. These are simply places in the area; the cottage isn't affiliated with any of them, but it sits within easy reach of the FM 306 corridor.
A few things worth knowing.
01Self check-in
Arrive on your own schedule — no front-desk hours to work around, before or after the big day.
02Parking for four
Room for up to four vehicles at the house; carpooling keeps a bigger day simple.
03A quiet street
A calm residential setting in the trees — guests are asked to keep the quiet the neighbors know it for.
However the day goes, you end it here.
Hot tub, fire pit, and the quiet in the trees — the couple and the closest few, back at the house after the last event lets out.
